No disrespect meant, but that is a poor microphone if that is indeed what you are working with.
I suggest the following.
1) Buy a new mic and attach it to a stand
2) Buy some measure of pop filter (if you can't afford one then simply create one out of an old wire coathanger and some tights/pantyhose)
3) Ensure that the levels on your soundcard are set to a decent medium
4) Work with a program like goldwave/soundforge to edit out unwanted noise and to compress audio to make it all level.
AB:
Plug the mic into the red port. Make sure under your recording volume controls that EVERYTHING is mute except for the mic. Only have mic selected. Also, on playback, mute (or unselect) your mic's playback so it doesn't come through your speakers and back into the mic.
Trial and error to find the right level with the least amount of static noise. You have two levels. The recording level in your Windows volume control and the level in your recording program. The loudest you speak should not go higher than -0.001db. Otherwise you get distortion. It's fine if you end up going around -3 db, but you'll have to normalize your audio to 0db afterwards to bring everything up louder.
If you record too low before you normalize, the static noise will be too loud.
Make sure to put some foam over your mic and a pop filter. You can make your own pop filter from pantyhose stretched over a wire hanger.

to make better audio quality.
or is it just my micro phone's quality limit?

I do believe Fizzy has the same microphone. But I think I might be wrong.
In whatever case, it's an okay microphone, but on your end, it didn't sound very well.
Also, a question to everyone, was my audio okay? Is it deal-able with? As I've said in another thread, I was using an iPod Touch to record, and I attempted to clean up the audio as best as I could.
Willva:
Audacity is the best when it comes to audio =D (best free software anyway)
