This is what Thunda recommended to me, and I'm pretty sure Oney uses this (I remember that he recommended it on his old website, anyway).
I'm also fairly sure I remember seeing it in Eddsworld's BBC interview.

and I will always use my handy-dandy iPhone for recording. It's not as good as I want sometimes, but it gets bread on the table.

But it really is good if you have a friend with an iPhone 4 / 4S.
