Can this server please be rebooted? I cannot get an SSH or http connection. Network: I am going to reboot your server now, it should be back up momentarily. ... It appears your server is having some hardware problems. I'm forwarding this ticket to our build/repair department to diagnose the problem and get your server back up and running. Me: What type of hardware problems? Network: I swapped out the motherboard in this machine and set it back up. The server is now back online. Please update this ticket if you have any more issues with the machine. -------------------- |
